John Fowler practices primarily in the area of corporate and business law and real estate law.

Mr. Fowler was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 1977, and the California State Bar in 1973. He received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Bowdoin College in 1969 and his J.D. degree from University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 1973.

He is a member of the Washoe County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Nevada (Chairman, Executive Committee, Business Law Section, 1994 -), and the State Bar of California (inactive).  Mr. Fowler is editor and author of "Study of Nevada Corporate Law," recommending complete revision of Nevada Corporations Code, prepared for Nevada Secretary of State, 1991.

He was a member of the Advisory Committee to Nevada Legislative Commission's Subcommittee to Study Methods to Encourage Corporations and Other Business Entities to Organize and Conduct Business in Nevada, 2000.
