Mr. Keane practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation.  His areas of practice include State and Federal Civil Litigation; Contract Litigation; Real Property Litigation; Adult and Minor Guardianships; Contested Trusts and Estates; Construction Defect Litigation, Judgment Enforcement; Mechanics Liens; Bankruptcy.

Mr.  Keane was admitted to the Nevada State Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada in 2000 and the California Bar in 2002.  He received his B.A. degree from  Prescott College in 1990 and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 2000 (Member, Traynor Honor Society).

He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of California, the Washoe County Bar Association, the American Bar Association (Member, Tort and Insurance Practice Section), the America Association for Justice and the Nevada Justice Association.
