Sharon M. Parker practices in the areas of probate, trust and estate administration, probate litigation, will and trust contests and guardianships. She has handled numerous estate and probate matters of every size and level of complexity. She is a member of the Probate Bar Association of Washoe County.

Ms. Parker also devotes a substantial portion of her practice to business law and civil litigation, with a particular focus on representing religious and charitable organizations. Her clients include the Diocese of Reno, Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada, Bishop Manogue High School, the Food Bank of Northern Nevada and others. She assists her corporate and religious clients in business and real estate transactions, employment and personnel matters, litigation and dispute resolution, and matters involving the intersection between church and state. She stays current on the wide variety of legal issues affecting religious organizations through her membership in the National Diocesan Attorneys Association.

Prior to joining Woodburn and Wedge, Ms. Parker was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Brent T. Adams of the Second Judicial District Court.
