Shay L. Wells is an associate at Woodburn and Wedge. His practice is focused on commercial law, commercial litigation, commercial transactions and bankruptcy law. Mr. Wells joined the law firm in 2010 after serving as a summer associate in 2009.

OTHER RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

In law school Mr. Wells was a member of the Gonzaga Law Review and became associate editor in his final year of law school. Mr. Wells also participated in Gonzaga's externship program and worked as the legal extern to the Eastern District of Washington Bankruptcy Court. While there, he served as  the legal extern for two judges: the Honorable Chief Justice of the Eastern District, Frank L. Kurtz and the Honorable John A. Rossmeissl.
