Shareholder Dane Anderson and Associate Benjamin Johnson secured a substantial verdict in favor of their clients Kim and Danny Forney after a four day jury trial in Winnemucca.  The Forneys filed suit against the City of Winnemucca after their basement was repeatedly inundated with sewage.  After a four day trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the Forneys and awarded damages in the amount of $144,000 for the cost of clean-up and repair, damaged personal property, and diminution in market value of the home.
