A Message From The Managing Shareholder of Woodburn and Wedge
March 19

At Woodburn and Wedge, we understand the importance of providing efficient, aggressive and responsive legal representation. For more than 100 years, this understanding has enabled us to provide the best, most cost-effective service and solutions available to all of our clients.

As we continue to navigate the Coronavirus pandemic together, we want to be sure that we continue to be transparent in our communication to our firm’s clients and contacts. Beginning Monday, March 16, Woodburn and Wedge will be open for business; however, we will be implementing voluntary remote operations for many of our attorneys and staff members. This decision is based on current guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and reflects our commitment to the health and welfare of our employees and our community.

In order to continue to provide seamless and efficient legal services and communication, we have made several accommodations to limit the impact on the firm’s clients and visitors. Woodburn and Wedge has secure remote access to the firm’s systems for all of its employees, and our attorneys will continue to be generally available by phone during regular business hours (although return calls may be delayed) and extended hours via email. Physical meetings with clients will be limited to necessary meetings as determined by our attorneys in consultation with their clients.

We are confident that we will all get through these times and hope that all in the extended Woodburn and Wedge family and in our community remain healthy. Thank you for your continued trust in Woodburn and Wedge.

Stay Safe,

John F. Murtha

Managing Shareholder for Woodburn and Wedge
