Ms. Winters joined Woodburn & Wedge in 2025 and brings nearly two decades of experience helping individuals and families plan for the future. Her practice focuses on estate planning, including trusts and wills, as well as probate, guardianship matters, Medicaid planning, and special needs planning, including special needs trusts. Ms. Winters is known for providing clear, compassionate guidance and helping clients create plans that protect the people and assets that matter most.

Before joining Woodburn & Wedge, Ms. Winters served as a Trust Officer at Dunham Trust Company and was a partner at Hancock and Cavallera, PLLC. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of California, and the Washoe County Bar Association.

Ms. Winters works with clients throughout Reno, Sparks, and Washoe County, Nevada.
