Prior to joining Woodburn and Wedge, Ms. Winters served as a Trust Officer at Dunham Trust Company and was a partner at Hancock and Cavallera, PLLC. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of California, and the Washoe County Bar Association.
